Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Strategy & Vision : Define and articulate a clear vision for SAP’s digital platforms, aligning with business objectives and the latest digital transformation trends resulting in exceptional technical solutions.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand customer needs, and define technical solutions using a variety of best in class technology including Adobe technologies (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch).
- Backlog Management : Prioritize and manage the product backlog in partnership with stakeholder, ensuring alignment with business goals, and using Agile frameworks to deliver high-value outcomes in iterative cycles.
- Project Oversight : Oversee digital development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with a focus on quality. Drive project execution from inception to completion, collaborating closely with development and design teams.
- Agile Leadership : Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and efficient delivery.
- Performance Optimization : Use data-driven insights to optimize platform performance, enhance user experience, and ensure technical excellence. Analyze and act on metrics from Adobe Analytics and other digital tools to drive decision-making.
- Innovation & Trends : Stay ahead of industry trends, focusing on AI-driven personalization, automation, content management at scale, omnichannel experiences, and cloud-native solutions.
- Digital Capability Evolution : Drive the evolution of digital capabilities, leveraging a suite of tools and technologies to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with a strong focus on customer-facing platforms and digital transformation.
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.) to drive digital innovation and optimize customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills , with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills , with the ability to build strong relationships across global teams and deliver a positive client experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.
- Knowledge of web production tools, content management systems (CMS), and front-end development best practices, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Digital mindset , innovative thinker, and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in areas such as Marketing & Digital Technology, Computer Sciences, Web Development, or Business Analytics.
- Certifications in Adobe technologies (AEM, Adobe Target, Analytics), Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe), or project management (PMI) are a plus.
- Experience with content management , web development technologies, and digital UX design principles is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, Frontify, and metadata management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern content delivery approaches, including headless CMS .
