Your Impact

In addition to the above, the BTSE will perform the following functions:

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into actionable technology solutions.

• Design and architect comprehensive solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure our clients realize the value of solutions, from concept to deployment.

• Serve as a technical expert and advisor for both internal stakeholders and external clients, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.

• Advocate for an inclusive approach to solution development, ensuring that diverse perspectives are considered, and solutions requirements are met.

• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

• Contribute to the development of architectural standards, frameworks, and governance.

• Collaborate closely with Account Manager on account planning activities.

• Educate the customer on Cisco differentiation, creating demand.

• In-depth knowledge of large IT environments and applications.

• Deep understanding and operational experience with a routed and switched data/voice network.

• Strong business acumen and customer presence.

• Experience and comfort conversing with network and telecommunications managers as well as customer lines of business on Data Center, Security, and Retail solutions.

• You'll plan sales strategy, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations and demonstrations to close business and generate revenue.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of computing industry related experience.
  • Cisco product experience or relevant experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required.
  • Minimum CCNP, CCDP, VCP or similar vendor certification required.
  • Knowledge of Cisco's Solutions, networking fundamentals required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
