Your day-to-day

In your day-to-day role, you will:

  • Monitor and Analyze: Track product performance metrics, usage patterns, and key KPIs.

  • Identify Trends & Gaps: Use data analysis and customer feedback to detect performance gaps and trends.

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop reports, dashboards, and models to measure product success.

  • Optimize & Improve: Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to enhance adoption, retention, and satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear performance insights and actionable recommendations to leadership and teams.

  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to roadmap planning, prioritize investments, and establish best practices for performance management.

What do you need to bring

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product performance analysis

  • Demonstrate ability to work independently in a highly organized way

  • Be comfortable with ambiguity, and chart ways forward even with imperfect information.

  • Must already possess valid authorization to work in UK
