Role and Responsibilities
• Plan roll-out of new projects/initiatives in market in conjunction with current/new partners
• Coordinate with different stake holders at Head Office/Region level for smooth roll out of programs
• Responsible for designing and runningconsumerEMI schemes.
• Implementation of Channel Communication strategies to ensure improved efficiency, feedback, faster download of important information related to such schemes
• Responsible for relationship management with Banks, NBFCs and partner / aggregators.
• Responsible to design & manage affordability schemes during launch & sustenance of the products as well as during festivals.
• Design, allocate and control the budgets given various business priorities. • Monitor the ROI for key business spends
• Work with Internal Stakeholders / Departments e.g. IT, Sales Operations – Commercial,Finance, Legal for various activities involved in On-boarding New Partners, Rolling out newConsumerFinanceOffers and Partner Claim settlements.
Skills and Qualifications
• Experienced professional with full understanding on specialized areas; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments
• Typically requires minimum 5 years' of related experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience
