As a Loss Mitigation Specialist in our Collections Team, you will collect on past due accounts and communicate effectively with customers in a metrics-driven environment. You will navigate multiple technologies while staying engaged with customers, demonstrating excellent negotiation and decision-making skills. Your strong customer focus and ability to have detailed conversations will be key to your success.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction.
- Minimum of two years of customer interaction
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Auto and collections experience preferred.
- Previous negotiation skills are strongly preferred.
- support experience, either by phone or face-to-face, is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer functions, including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment, is strongly preferred.
