As our Senior Consultant based inNaarm – Melbourne

Your key responsibilities

• Assist on and be at the forefront of major Healthcare and subdivision valuations and transactions
• Be involved in major infrastructure valuations including OMR, level crossings acquisitions and general development valuations
• Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on a range of different projects and transactions for income producing and development assets
• Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets in the healthcare sector
• Provide market research and trend analysis and contribute to thought leaderships papers
• Work on new and innovative development and infrastructure practices
• Assist with the valuation review and risk assessment for audit clients
• Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative deliverables to our clients

What we look for

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and attention to detail
• A general understanding of the Acquisition and development sectors
• Experience in client facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
• Qualified as a Valuer or worked as Assistant Valuer
• General understanding of Estate master and general feasibility studies
