  • Experience in customer/partner-facing consultant and/or architect roles
  • Hands-on experience with a hyperscaler cloud platform and cloud-native architectures at commercial customers and/or ISVs.
  • Experience with modern software development methodologies, processes and tools.
  • Ability to expand AI use cases towards the modernization/migration of application estates
  • A combination of deep technical expertise, sales mentality, and business acumen, enabling you to contribute to the success of projects in terms of both technology and business impact for the customer, partner, and Microsoft.
  • Ability to structure complex and dynamic projects into actionable chunks and to guide v-teams without formal authority to achieve the desired project goal
  • A natural inclination towards intentional collaboration and a passion for empowering others rather than doing everything yourself.
  • Effective communication across diverse audiences (technical and non-technical) and hierarchies
  • You are a self-learner, eager to embrace new technologies.
  • You are fluent in English, understand the language of our partners and customers in Germany, and are eligible to work in Germany.

A PSA's reponsibilities include:

  • Technical sales for customer success: enabling partners for key deliverables such as solution design, architecture design, proof of value, productive implementation, and operations & governance in the most relevant business opportunities
  • Technical enablement of partner technical and presales teams in close collaboration with our regional and global partner enablement teams.
  • Solution development: guiding partners through the development of repeatable solutions (including architecture and well-architected principles such as cost optimization or resilience)
  • Partner evangelism & transformation: identifying and pursuing structural growth opportunities in partner organizations (including adoption of new technologies like AI, Copilots. evolvement of technical roles, and productization of offerings to address skilled labor shortage)
  • Be a proactive member of the Microsoft technical community, reuse and share knowledge and learnings.
