As a Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you will develop and manage key outsourced Customer Acquisition Centers (CACs). You will partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to develop and optimize sales operations, identify short term and long term goals, drive and develop scalable methods of tracking production, and deep-dive to resolve sub-par performance. You will own specific CAC relationships end-to-end, and seek to identify new potential CAC partners in the market.Key job responsibilities
Program Management: Plan, coordinate and manage programs to achieve goals. Including mitigating risk, tracking progress, communicating and driving alignment amongst stakeholders to deliver results
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Advanced experience working with a broad range of technology tools including Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, Salesforce and other web analytic platforms
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- A record of accomplishment in delivering results in a scrappy, fast-paced environment
