You will add measurable value to your clients by delivering work that addresses their biggest problems and priorities, including the need to Deliver leading practice Digital Finance solutions such as:
- Lead Finance transformation programmes using Agile design and delivery methods
- Manage end-to-end implementation services for SAP S/4HANA, accelerators and other emerging technologies
- Articulate, design, and implement a vision for Finance and “case for change” that draws on innovative global technology trends, leading practice and service innovation
- Define client-relevant use of modern technology platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, including their key functionalities, and technical requirements
- Discuss finance simplification and innovation through Global Business Services (GBS) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Conduct accelerated finance diagnostics, maturity assessments and benchmarking
- Provide roadmap of implementation and ROI timeline (cost vs. benefits)
- Collect and socialise business and technical requirements for a technology enabled Finance transformation
- Standardise, simplify and automate processes and controls
- Drive end-to-end implementation services for finance solutions and emerging technologies
- Create new reporting strategies including simplification / transformation and performance management steering to meet the new demand
- Apply knowledge of consolidation programmes for clients including the financial accounting that underpins a consolidation activity
- Deliver data visualisation design and deployment to unlock value from data
- Identify strategic alignment across IT, finance and tax operating models including steering and reporting requirements
- Structure and run Finance transformation programmes using AGILE design and delivery methods
Adopt “digital” ways of working to increase flexibility and accelerate delivery:
- Plan, design, and execute design-led thinking process re-engineering workshops
- Process design grounded in customer outcomes and user experience adopting LEAN methodologies and automation technologies
- Structure and implement Agile delivery methods
Understand and apply relevant technologies such as:
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Machine Learning and Deep Learning
- Intelligent Automation (IA) (including IA enabled chatbots)
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP ECC

Job requirements– Where do you start if you want to change the world?
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience. Key areas of experience include previous consulting experience and experience within the field of FP&A
- Cross functional finance expertise, with knowledge of various business functions and their interdependencies with Finance
- Experience of managing and leading finance transformation programmes enabled by technology
- Experience of defining finance systems strategy and data model design
- Experience of finance visioning and developing the case for change
- Experience of financial process simplification and automation
- Lifecycle implementation experience of SAP S/4 HANA or other technologies
Ideally, you’ll also have
- A valid and certified professional accounting qualification
- Experience with ESG
- Knowledge of account management, business development and the consulting sales cycle
- Ability to create solutions to technical problems
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to storyboard and create high quality outputs
- Excellent problem solving, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Track record of managing professional services staff, including coaching and developing staff
