Your key responsibilities
- Technical lead for mobile productivity applications and user experiences.
- Configure Intune policies for optimal performance.
- Test, troubleshoot, and support new features at Level 4.
- Document knowledge for end users and Level 1/2 support teams.
- Analyze data to improve documentation and training.
- Collaborate with vendors on feature requests and enhancements.
- Work with Information Security on security reviews and findings resolution with vendors.
- Update the product roadmap to meet organizational goals.
- Represent technical interests in project activities as the lead.
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
- Provide consultation to internal teams with onboarding line of business mobile apps.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, mobile device and application management.
- Experience with iOS and Android operating systems.
- Skilled in supporting Modern Workplace tools and resources.
- Proactive and ability to operate independently.
- Ability to operate proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work UK working hours.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in managing and supporting large mobile environments.
- Testing and Quality Assurance – ensure our mobile applications meet quality and performance standards.
- Implementation of new products and/or service offerings.
What we look for
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune, Entra, Mobile Application and Device Management with a thorough understanding of its design and architecture.
- Experience with working in a large global environment and working knowledge.
