REQUIRED COMPETENCES:

• Hands-on experience in accounting operations/FP&A will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Finance process improvement/transformation project experience in Record to Report, FP&A.
• Understand P&L to drive Performance and Business Impact
• Drive Continuous Improvement
• Manage a Program or Project across B/R/F, E2E
• Deliver Outcome through others improvement methodologies
• Drive problem solving on key performance metrics
• Coach operations leaders on Kaizen
• Lean Expert, Six Sigma Black belt

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Ensure your kaizen events – projects are properly planned / executed / sustained

Dimensions related to Know-How, Complexity, and Accountability

Minimum Education & Training Requirements

Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred • At least 5 years relevant working experience in a global operating company in a regional or global role.

Able to drive change with sense of urgency and bias for action • Mastery of Philips Excellence Practices, esp. Lean, Continuous Improvement • Always of a positive attitude
