As aPlatform Principal Supplier Process Engineer,you will be responsible to manage the platform overall material quality, both NPI(NewProduct Initiative) and Sustaining quality.

You will:

• Keep monitoring and driving the incoming material quality improvement (SVLRR/FRR/FIR/HSR) with internal function teams and commodity Supplier Process Engineer teams

• Conduct STSM(Sub-Tier Supplier Management) and collaborate with ODM Supplier Process Engineer to manage ODM managed material quality

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in engineering.

• Sufficient platform, ME （Mechanical Engineer） or EE （Electrical Engineering） parts/process knowledge. Strong FA (failure analysis) and data analysis capabilities

• Excellent communication and influence skills in English.

• Excellent program management and reporting skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to lead the decision-making process across multiple areas of the business.
