- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support the applicant and business client management in this market.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- Experience owning and managing business and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to proactively flag challenges and trends to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g., hiring manager, staffing leads, people partners, compensation, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High sense of operational accuracy, data oriented, problem-solving, and result driven mindset.
