WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Support Manufacturing Tech refresh global program and IPI launches.
• Prepare X+Y monthly manual forecast inputs.
• Be in contact with both teams to be provided input from the PDO Teams.
• Follow up with PDO teams on PR/PO/RFQ action items.
• Work with relevant teams and report back to the team with all required details.
• Follow up with JV plants for ITSA and vendor PO action items.
• Be in contact with program stake holders to follow up cost estimations and quotes.
• Work with ITBO sourcing team to submit TR Program purchase orders.
• Work with the IPI team to submit purchase orders needed.
• Manage the IPI budget by project with the IPI team.
• Prepare yearly expense forecast and monthly follow up.
• Complete MCRP’s, administer AFRs
• Consolidate monthly metrics to support forecast deck

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor’s degree relative to Information Technologies
• Experience managing budgetary portfolio
• Not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around the world
• Experience using office 365 suite
• Experience communicating with/and presenting to management and executive leadership
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• Knowledge of accounting systems (IERP, Ariba, Apption, Nicus) is helpful
• Able to understand and analyze impacts of actions to the business in financial view
• Self-motivated and have the ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions
