Job Description

As a Biostatistician in the Manufacturing Data Science team, you will perform the following activities:

• Produce data and statistical reports submitted to the regulatory agencies

• Perform data quality evaluation and statistical analysis

• Support design of experiments and interpretation of experimental data

• Support data science investigations/projects within the manufacturing space

• Upskill team members and colleagues from Manufacturing space in statistical thinking

What the ideal candidate should have:

• MS or higher, with > 2 years’ experience in statistician role

• Education background in Mathematics, Statistics, or another related field with a strong emphasis on statistics

• Demonstrated proficiency in statistical techniques such as Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), regression analysis, general linear models, and multivariate methods

• Proficiency in either R (preferred) or Python

• Candidates proficient in another statistical computing language (SAS/Stata/JMP) with a willingness to learn R will also be considered

• Ability to communicate statistical concepts and analyses to non-statisticians

• Working with multiple collaboration DevOps tool such as JIRA, Git and Confluence

• Well versed with Agile ways of working

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Effective time management and stake-holder management skills
