Your Role:

As a Project Administrator at Honeywell, you will support the project business within the HPS PAS division. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful administration, financial management, and control of projects. Your responsibilities include monitoring project budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to project teams and stakeholders. Your expertise in project administration, project financials, and cost control will drive project profitability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to the Projects business.
  • Support Project Managers in monitoring project budgets, ensuring alignment with objectives and financial targets.
  • Track project costs, analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Track project hours and timesheets, including subcontractors.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare invoice basis/back-up documentation and send to customers.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
  • Support project risk management activities and ensure compliance with financial policies.
  • Support procurement activities, manage procurement plans, liaise with suppliers, and track progress.
  • Assist with site coordination, including mobilization for larger projects.
  • Liaise with local authorities for taxation documentation.

You Must Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in project administration or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
