5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, real estate, or a similar fieldDemonstrated experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and managing performance metrics (KPI) trackingProficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis and visualization

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Finance, or a related field7+ years of experience in program management or business management within a large organization, especially in real estate or technologyProficiency in SQL, R, or Python for data manipulation and analysis
