- Acts as single point of contact of campaign performance manager for the e-commerce marketplaces
- Responsible for the collectively set of sell out targets on e-commerce marketplaces in coordination with EKAM & track continuously to achieve the same
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders to align the on-platform media ecosystem and ensure target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPI’s
- Find new opportunities to grow revenue and sales. – Hands-on experience in marketplace portal management
- Analyze data, trends, performance and leverage your understanding of marketing and the platform’s ad solutions to create holistic marketing strategies for Philips by working with senior decision-makers - Internal Stakeholders & External Stake holders - Business, Marketing & Insights and drive return on ad spends for all campaigns executed
- Monitor Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CDJ optimization across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores)
- Support local initiated campaigns with deployment, landing page(s) and retailer (EComm Marketplace) channel specific activation
- Drive analytics to support fact-based decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modeling.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams:
- Digital & Media team to ensure full ecosystem synergies
- EKAM to ensure availability and customer matrix optimization
- Content lead to ensure assets consistency in presenting our brand
- Financial reconciliation with internal & external stakeholders
- Drive R&R excellence on Platforms
- • Brief and co-ordinate relevant external agencies
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:
- Bachelor level qualifications with minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG and Personal Healthcare products or equivalent
- Relevant Experience in E-Commerce, Digital Media/Agencies, Marketing and Promotions
- Strong Digital Mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skill sets and can create, manage, and present reports – Digital, Media, Sales Data
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Must be willing to travel as required by the business
