Solution Demonstration and Delivery:
- Assist the Client delivery team with technical solution demonstrations, showcasing sustainability reporting/modules of proposed solutions.
- Serve as a technical expert in providing detailed specifications for proposed solutions, including time and scope involved.
- Collaborate with other teams to create and present practical demonstrations to the team and customers.
- Analyse current technologies used within the company to identify and address potential gaps in processes and cycles.
- Proactively manage project challenges or constraints, ensuring smooth execution and resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to propose prioritised solutions that align with customer needs.
Post-Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
- Manage the post-sales cycle by providing technical support to clients through audit reviews.
- Document and monitor requirements necessary to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience.
- Work alongside the Client team to track the progress and successful implementation of initiatives.
Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Create and deliver product training webinars to enhance customer and team knowledge.
- Attend conferences, trade shows, and knowledge sessions as a brand ambassador and presenter.
- Share insights on digital transformation via seminars, workshops, webinars, and direct engagements.
Client Delivery:
- Support the implementation, delivery and onboarding for the technical solution for clients
- Collaborate with account teams and partners to drive incremental revenue growth through targeted campaigns.
- Identify and facilitate opportunities to drive usage and expand business with existing customers.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Develop an understanding of external stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organisations.
- Work with account teams to communicate with key business or subject matter decision-makers.
- Implement strategies and delivery plans to accelerate deal closure, ensuring customer buy-in and commitment.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience, including experience in sustainability (preferred).
- Familiarity with IBM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Microsoft technologies (preferred).
- Experience with system security best practices and business analysis techniques.
- Understanding of the sales cycle and related processes.
- Knowledge of Sustainability and EU regulation reporting (preferred).
- Understanding of integrated business processes within SAP, Microsoft, or IBM modules.
- Experience modelling data flows and systems integration solutions
- Basic knowledge of net-zero, decarbonization, and sustainability strategies (desirable).
Essential Skills
- Microsoft PowerApps certification or Azure equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with additional European languages being an advantage
- Strong understanding of system security, business analysis, and sustainability practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
