• Planning and Implementation: Develop detailed implementation plans, coordinate the technical execution of the payroll interface, and ensure proper integration with existing systems;
• Quality Management: Conduct tests and reviews to ensure the interface meets expected quality and functionality standards;
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project implementation;
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation analyses for ongoing evaluation of system performance;
• Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide post-implementation support to facilitate proper adoption of the payroll interface;
• Payroll: Monitor changes in laws, conventions, and processes related to payroll and benefits to ensure compliance with all local regulations, monitor Occupational Health and Safety processes, mandatory reports, and analyze potential risks, develop union agreements, maintain close relationships with unions and attend union relations meetings, evaluate and analyze topics discussed in the Sindusfarma group regarding labor issues, applying best practices and updating the pharmaceutical market in the Human Resources area, conduct internal and external audits when applicable, participate as a member of the Data Protection Law committee, Sindusfarma Group and other Teva Brazil committees related to labor and payroll issues, validate payroll for Peru and monitor HR operations payments conducted by the payroll analyst, including payments to benefit providers, dues, unions, and other processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in the entire payroll routine, from entries, processing to conferences and reports;
• Experience in using ERP systems;
• Experience with payroll implementation and project management;
• Intermediate Excel;
• Advanced English.
