Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Relationship Building:
  • Market Intelligence Development: Spearhead the development of local market intelligence, staying ahead of competitive trends for effective take-out strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Lead the generation and management of the pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting for new solutions, projects, renewals, and refresh cycles.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Take ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets for the team.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop the team, leveraging your leadership skills to enhance their performance.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Country Manager and their management team to align strategies and goals.
Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise: A track record of 8-10 years in sales, specializing in Account Management, preferably with a focus on strategic accounts.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Ability to organize and lead C-Level meetings, fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a methodical, sales-driven approach.
  • Security Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the security market, competitors, and solutions, preferably with a background in cybersecurity.
  • Results-Driven: A proven, result-oriented, and action-driven approach.
