Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in a leadership role within tax, professional services, or related delivery functions, preferably with exposure to the MENA region.
Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling offshore or shared services teams, with a focus on operational excellence and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of GCC business environment and tax regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-border collaboration.
Strategic thinker with the ability to design and implement new delivery and operating models.
