Responsibilities:

• Agents/Contract processes and due diligence administrative actions
• Customer contacts and account management in the company CRM
• Cash collection activities
• user to all sales systems and support regional sales with issues related to sales systems and manage data quality.
• Assist to Manage Commercial Customer Install base
• Assisting sales managers in solving sales bottlenecks – financial, Export licenses, legal or operational issues.
• Conducting regional statistics reviews, to understand opportunity status, and assure the order cycle is smooth and according to company guidelines.
• Agents/Export Control/Contract processes and control

Requirements:

• BA degree
• High level of English – written and verbal
• Team player, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Strong IT knowledge – office skills, experience in CRM systems
• Highly organized - able to provide accurate and high-quality reports
• Ability to work closely with all level managers – that includes VP sales, GM sales
• Ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams, to coordinate activities.­­
