This is a remote position; however you may be required to be onsite at our Bangalore office on as-needed basis.

About the role:

• Responsible for overall ITSM / Automation Development code quality, administration, platform development, module development and execute using company AGILE practices, review requirements to ensure sufficient details.
• Ability to Lead / attend meetings and discussions during overlapping Central Standard Time (CST) hours (must-have) and attend regularly scheduled meetings to identify any tasks or user stories.
• Collaborate with multiple levels of staff, leadership, cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and align solutions to strategic and stakeholder requirements.
• Work with management and key stakeholders to design testing strategies for Development, QA and User Acceptance Testing.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement state-of-the-art solutions within the ITSM/Automation Development team.
• Environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces and any other customization required to support ITIL and Automation processes.

About You:

• 4 to 7 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Scripting (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, Jelly, Python), Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Client /Server Scripts, Workflows, REST API and Custom tables, Automation platforms, LLM’s and NLP.
• Experience with various software development, practice, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and / or work experience and proficient in at least one required programming language.
• ITIL Foundations Certification desired along with Knowledge of technical / business environment.
• Demonstrates programming aptitude and ability for logical and abstract thinking.
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems of simple-medium complexity.
