You will work closely withlearning product,for our customers and partners. You will also own thebacklog and prioritization for enhancing existing capabilities (EEC), theuser acceptance testing (UAT) process, and the tooling update communications for the D365 platform. You will be the main point of contact for any escalations, issues, or feedback related to theplatform. You will also act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and input on various projects and initiativesfor ESIthat involve the D365 platform.

Required/minimum qualifications

  • AND 3+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in project management, operations, or engineering
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis.
  • 3+ years of experience with D365 platform and knowledge of D365modules: Customer Insights and Field Services
  • 3+ years experience with Agilemethodology,Azure DevOps, UAT testing, and PBI reporting.

Technical Solution Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Responsibilities
  • Own the D365 platform and ensure its alignment with the ESI delivery programs.
  • minordata enhancements or changeswithin D365allowing engineering teams to focus onlarger,more complex enhancements.
  • Work with engineering team daily on questions, clarifications, and solutioning across various projects and features.
  • Manage the EEC backlog of enhancement requests and bug fixes and prioritize them based on business impact and urgency.
  • Test all the EEC backlog items that get released in UAT before they move toProductionand provide feedback to the engineering team.
  • Communicate the tooling updates and changes to the relevant stakeholders via email orrhythms of business.
  • Handle the support escalations and issues related to the D365 platform and communicate the status and resolution to the impacted stakeholders.
  • Approve theplatformaccess requests and ensure the users are given theappropriate permissionsfor their roles.
  • vTeammembers on various projects and epics that involve the D365 platformacross ESI.
  • Provide input, feedback, and guidance on the reporting requirements and data access for the D365 platform.
