Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Experience working with advertisers, media and creative agencies, or clients.
Experience working in partnerships, sales or business development roles with C-level stakeholder management.
Experience working across teams, functions and markets to drive impact.
Experience working with large, matrixed organizations.
Experience in automotive or consumer industries.
