Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technology partners and non-technical business stakeholders in various lines of business
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present insights and recommendations translating analyses into actionable business decisions
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, including engagement on new and existing projects and deliverables
- Participate in project planning and management as it pertains to program analytics
- Act as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and /or other team members in regard to at least 1 program such as Citi Wheels, Corporate Card, or another shared service team
- Continuity of Business Testing and Data Validation
- Partner in the maintenance of data ingestion and processing pipeline
- Create and maintain Tableau Dashboards. Or other models, reports, score cards
- Learn all potential new analytical tools that may be adopted
- Monitor and track progress on analytics initiatives
- Manage documentation, gather business requirements, and create business process flows
- Drive transition of exception-based processing to end-to-end straight-through processing. Assisting organizational goal of reducing the dangers of end user computing
- Support program head in the organization and supervision of program associates
- Participate in and help lead the creation, planning and maintenance of employee engagement and peer learning opportunities in– our team is home to the analytics champions, tutors and mentors for our organization
Ideal background:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's orUniversity degree
- Good communication skills in English
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and decision-making capabilities
- Advanced Tableau expertise
- SQL skills preferred
- Experience working in cloud based data environments – Hive/Impala/S3/HDFS
