Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Ability to communicate in English and Ukrainian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working towards and exceeding quarterly goals (in business or product growth).
Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling.
Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Ukraine.
Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and executive functioning within the digital marketing space.
