- 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, or business strategy, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 5 years of experience working in a customer-facing role driving programs.
- 5 years of experiencing engaging with executive stakeholders (e.g. Director+).
- 5 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex programs.
- Ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.
