About Operations Technology Solutions (OTS)About The Role:
As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. This is an onsite role and requires 100% office attendance.
Key job responsibilities- Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
- Assisting in training new hires.
- Continuous learning of new technologies.
- High school or equivalent diploma.
- Experience supporting Windows, Mac or Linux machines.
- Experience operating systems support.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
- Availability to go work at our Cabo de Santo Agostinho - PE - Fulfillment Center, in a 3x2 shift (12 hours). Occasionally, the shift may change.
- Fluent in Portuguese and able to read in English.
- CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
- Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
- Advanced English.
