Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 5 Area Sales Managers, ensuring their growth and alignment with business objectives.
Achieve sales targets in the Czech and Slovak markets through effective team leadership and strategic decision-making.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by analyzing regional potential and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing to create and execute targeted sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Provide regular performance reviews and constructive feedback to the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Manage recruitment processes within the sales regions to build a high-performing team.
Ensure seamless communication across regions by overseeing reporting and data flow between Area Sales Managers and upper management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific sales regions.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate team performance.
Manage sales efficiency and cost reporting to ensure optimal resource utilization and financial control.
Ensure compliance with Teva’s high standards of safety, ethics, and internal guidelines across the team.
Your experience and qualifications
University degree, Secondary school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management or area sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong expertise in setting and executing sales strategies and achieving business objectives.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with IMS data.
Fluent in English (B1 level or higher) with strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and market trends to drive effective sales decisions.
Strong organizational, motivational, and communication skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
Independent, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
