Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in sales in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.
- Experience managing senior sales teams, or similarly quota/revenue-driven teams with books of business.
- Experience addressing measurement challenges, such as multi-channel attribution, incrementality, media mix modeling, and offline campaign impact assessment, to provide guidance to C-level stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or a related degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing and inspiring sales teams, including people managers.
- Experience in digital media.
- Experience with or coaching digital campaign management, particularly in Google Ads or engaging products.
- Experience in building relationships with internal and external C-level stakeholders, particularly in an advertising or marketing context.
