1.Modelling, Drafting

Calculation of the machine design

Preferably P&ID & Analysis (CFD/ Strucutural, Nonlinear, etc),

Component Selection based on the requirement,

1.Mechanical Design Basics

2.Preferably Hydraulics/ Pneumatics background.

3.Should have the New product development process knowledge (steps involved)

4.Should have worked on the machine design following the new product development Process.

5. Good to have Retrofit/ Correction work knowledge and its process (Change Request)

Competence for Complexity

1.Should be able to work on the multiple projects parallelly.

2.Should be work on the changing priorities of the projects .

3.Should be able to liaise with US counterparts in the evening Time, say 9 pm (during meetings), shift time can be chosen accordingly

2. Positive attitude and tough mindset when working on Challenging environment (Manufacturing Issues, tight deadline, Escalations, etc)

Accepts role requirement

1.Nature of work - New product Engineering or Continuous Improvement or Retrofit.

2.Creation of Model, Drawing, Bill of Materials for the New Product Design. 3.Creation of the Retrofit Procedure.

4. Ownership of the Gas Panel Design.

Min 2-6 Yrs in Mechanical Design - Preferably in Medical Devices, Oil & Gas, Precision Manufacturing, etc

BE - Mechanical, Production, Mechatronics, Industrial, Materials Science Engineering.

Bachelor's Degree

4 - 7 Years
