In this role, you will…
- Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, prescriptions, ClinCheck support as well as clinical troubleshooting primarily for doctors.
- Investigate and analyze Clinical-related customer inquiries, and complaints.
- Ensure timely Clinical support to customer needs whether remote or face-to-face.
- Support Clinical education activities which includes the following: live and online events, coordinating with clinical speaker, presenting clinical content, congress, coordinate with clinical speaker, present clinical contents.
- Must have a professional outgoing personality, positivity and patience.
- Must be able to multitask and able to handle stressful situations while giving high quality service.
- Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, as well as proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department and company goals.
In this role, you’ll need…
- 1 year of experience in customer relations in dental related areas is desirable.
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
- Work in a full-time position, from Monday to Friday in regular working hours.
- Willing to travel.
- Being a Self-learner.
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Dentistry. Specialization in orthodontics is desirable.
- Advanced English.
