- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6-8 years of equivalent experience.- 3-5 years Python development experience including Pandas, PyTorch, Jupyter and other AL/ML skills.- Vector Databases and Embedding Search, Document Scraping and Chunking, LangChain or Semantic Kernel- Develop and implement enterprise solutions for document processing, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like large language models and generative AI.- Hands-on working with Azure Services, Large Language Models like GPT3.5-Turbo, GPT-4 etc- Experience with Prompt Engineering, frameworks like langchain, llama-index and vector databases like chroma DB, PGVector and deployment.- 2-3 years hands on SQL database management.- Experience in Airflow, Kubernetes.- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms.- Experience of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluating, and developing data collection/annotation/management tooling for LLMs.- experience with model deployment- Experience working with Git, including pulling, pushing and merging code.- Experience with popular ml frameworks such as Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch, HuggingFace Transformers, and libraries (like OpenCV, scikit-learn,pandas, spacyetc.)- Experience working on a SCRUM software delivery team.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams with advanced level of English.Preferred Qualifications:8+ years general software engineering experienceAzure capabilities, VM management and Powershell.Process Modeling and Redesign experience including LSS techniques.We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
