Job description

• The Engineer would beresponsible for carrying detailed engineering for Building Automation projectsoff-shore and on-shore.
• The candidate would be closely working with the team in Pune executing projectsindependently off-shore\on-shore.
• While maintaining the quality and timelinessof the deliveries, the role requires contribution in establishing robustworking methodologies on the technical & non-technical grounds engaging& prospering customer relationships.
• The job role also calls for onsiteassignments within North America, Europe and middle east with considerabletravel opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Building Automation projects independently—Specifically, the candidate should be proficient in control system hardware design engineering, Control System software programming and Control System SCADA/Graphics projects.
• Knowledge/exposure to automation platforms such as Niagara or equivalent will be added advantage.
• Understand and Prepare
• Sequence of Operation,
• Control wiring diagrams,
• Network riser,
• Bill of Material
• Valve Selection, Damper Selection, Field device selection.
• Tools: AutoCAD (Basic), Revit (Basic), Microsoft Visio
• Review inputs, ensure scope clarity, and map customer expectations in actual deliverables.
• Converse and communicate with the customers' representatives for project initiations, RFIs & project close-out.
• Ensure quality & specs compliances of deliverables for projects.
• Act as technical interface to customers to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements.
• Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.
• Ensure end to end project closeout (commissioning support either physically on-field or over the phone)
• Build rapport with other cross-function teams ensuring smooth execution of projects.
• Will groom other Junior Engineers on Specific tasks.
• Identify possible improvement opportunities in processes and standards.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Engineering
• Work Experience: 4-7 years’ Experience in one/more of the following industries: HVAC, Process Control, BMS Service, Energy.
