Premium Engagement Senior Services Solution Advisor
As Service Solution Advisor, you would be required to identify and generate opportunities and understand customer requirements and in conjunction with Delivery to build a plan and value proposition that is tailored to your customers and to lead the opportunities to close with Service AEs
TASKS
- Sales responsibility for Premium Engagement Services for all territory of SAP Korea Services, from pipeline generation and making sales progress to deal closure
- Closely working with account team, service sales and delivery team to build customer-centric proposals based on Premium Engagements’ Core Value Propositions, tailored to the needs of each customer or program of work.
- You will have ownership from opportunity prospecting, right through the sales cycle to the completion of contracting.
- You will lead and manage Premium Engagement business including go-to-market strategy development, pipeline and performance management, and reporting to multiple stakeholders including APJ and Korea Service leadership team
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND SKILLS
- Must have strong consulting skills to quickly understand clients’ requirements and convert them into the tailored proposals and value proposition
- Must have the ability to build relationship with C-level clients and making influence over clients’ decision making, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have strong sales and delivery experience for consulting services and solution implementation at big 4 or major multinational IT companies
- Must be fluent in English, to work with global and APJ team
- A solid understanding and experience across multiple industries in Korea Market
- Customer Centricity with a strong ability to work with virtual and remote teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive demand and hunt and execute on opportunities independently, as well as part of a team.
- Experience with Commercial Negotiations and Contracting.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 10 years of experience and proven success of sales and delivery for Consulting Services or IT implementation
