The Security & Modern Work CSA Team is part of our greater CSA team covering Azure Core, Data & AI and App Innovation. The CSA team is an important part of our Customer Success Unitworking closely with the Customer Success Account Managers (CSAM) to help our customers on their cloud journey. This is a customer-facing role, owning the Copilot for M365 focused technical relationship and strategy between the customer and Microsoft as well as customer engagements, including architecture, deployment, and operational health.

To be successful as a Cloud Solution Architect, we would like you to meet some of the qualifications below:

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in implementing and deploying AI solutionsor similar technologysolutionswithsignificantorganizationalchange management impact.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for Microsoft 365.
• Proven ability to lead and drive adoption and change management (ACM) activitiesbased ona widely recognized approachlike e.g.PROSCI.
• One or more relevant certifications.
• Deep technical expertise insome oftheMicrosoftModernWork suite of products,such as:Teams,Exchange Online, Security & Compliance, Information Protection, Purview, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 E3/E5 features, M365 Security, Power Platform isdesired.
• Great communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite with customers and as part of a team.
• Ability to visit customers located all over Denmark.

• Develop and deliver presentations, demos, proofs of concept, and workshops to showcase Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Lead architecture design sessions on Copilot for Microsoft 365, address customer questions and provide best practices for activating the solution within the customer environment. Work with customers to extend Copilot and identify initial business processes.
• Collaboratewith customers on the compliance and security postureto advance safe, secure, and trustworthy AI inrelation toimplementingCopilot for Microsoft 365.
• Assist customers in developing a robustadoption andchange management plan to realize the full value of their investment in Copilot for Microsoft 365.
• Identify and resolve issues blocking the go-live of customer Copilot projects by leveraging deep knowledge of Copilot for Microsoft 365 technical subject matter expertise.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and best practices for Copilot for Microsoft 365 and related areas such as security and Adoption and Change management.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Copilot for Microsoft 365 community within Microsoft and provide feedback and insights from customers and partners back to the relevant Microsoft teams, including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
