We are currently recruiting Package Specialist-Enterprise Asset Management AMS for 2 years fixed term contract, based in Melbourne.
The Package specialist is responsible for supporting multiple applications related to Energy Generation and Energy Trading. The key role and responsibilities are as below:
- Work in an agile environment and support design, development, and testing activities for custom implementations of these applications: Energy One Trading, Energy Offer, Salesforce, AEMO validation, SCADA display, SSRS.
- Ability to handle critical incident situation, effectively triage issues.
- Well versed in incident management, problem management, change management and service request using ServiceNow.
- Raise application changes take it through CAB approvals and ensure changes are well tested and documented as per project standard, implement changes without impacting strict availability SLAs.
- Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in Production Support.
- Readiness to work in 24X7 production support model with rotational shifts
To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –
- Hands on experience of AEMO validation tool and SCADA display.
- Hands on experience of Energy one trading application.
- Hands on experience of Energy Flow application.
- Hands on experience of Energy Offer Application.
- Understanding of Energy market operators and domain.
- Knowledge of EMMS – Dispatch , conversion to single duid.
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience on Oracle PL/SQL and Postgres SQL.
- Able to analyse the Java logs to find errors.
- Experience in building high-performance applications in Microsoft Technology.
- Ability to deploy and migrate to different environments.
- Good knowledge in Maximo 7.5/7.6.
- Knowledge or experience on Maximo deployments, BIRT reporting and WebSphere.
- Knowledge or experience of Maximo queries and its backend database (SQL Server preferred).
- Knowledge or experience of SSRS reporting, Data splice and Maximo S4 integration.
- Knowledge of MIF – Outbound Messages, REST and SOAP API.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Asset Management and Energy Generation site operation/transactions.
