Your key responsibilities
- Effective management and delivery of one or more processes, solutions and/or projects, ensuring a focus on quality and effective risk management.
- Continuous process improvement, the identification of innovative solutions through research and analysis, insight and experience of best practices.
- Create requirement specifications, analysing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating elicitation sessions, and digging around in the data when needed.
- Design and build reports – capture data requirements for the client and team
- Manage or supervise team members to deliver complex technical initiatives, with accountability for performance and results
What we look for
- Demonstrated experience creating requirements specifications, analysing requirements, creating visual models, facilitating workshop sessions, and using the necessary business analyst tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in data migration processes, including planning, execution, and validation, ensuring seamless transition of data between systems while maintaining data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge and experience with data migration, SQL and programming skills such as Python and R

- Knowledge and experience in end-to-end project delivery, either traditional SDLC or agile delivery methodologies (or hybrid approaches).

- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate and present information with purpose, clarity and impact
