Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the local marketing plan aligned with BU, LATAM, and global priorities.
Lead product and therapy development initiatives for the URO portfolio in Mexico.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HCPs, medical societies, and clinical leaders.
Manage the full marketing operating budget (OPEX) with discipline and accountability.
Supervise and coach two direct reports, building a culture of growth, trust, and performance.
Ensure internal alignment, timely reporting, and performance tracking across key metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
1–3 years in a marketing manager role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution.
Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Availability to travel frequently; US visa preferred.
