2+ years of home insurance experience

Confidence interpreting policy documents (including underwriting guidelines), and making decisions in the spirit of our underwriting philosophy

Solid understanding of regulation and underwriting principles and practices

Demonstrable communication, data analysis, and project management skills

Superior problem-solving abilities, proven collaborative spirit, and the ability to learn quickly
