You will assist with the delivery of Statutory, Regulatory and Management reporting requirements for a diverse range of FS clients. This opportunity will enable you to play a key role in helping clients to comply with their increasingly complex reporting requirements and allow you to develop your own reporting knowledge within a new and expanding team.
Technical Excellence:
Payroll Processing & Checking
Full and Final settlement Processing
Preparation of Quarterly/Annually TDS returns
Salary Advance/Loan Processing
Preparation of Form16 and Issuance
Payroll Reporting
Statutory Payments & Related Compliance
Other Payments Reports and Reconciliations
Reimbursement Vouching
Query Management
Tax Proof Validation
Leave Report calculation
Ad-hoc Reporting
Providing data for Actuarial
Providing Accruals for Year End
Ledgers Reconciliations
Imprest/ Individual payments & Recoveries
Form 16 Checking Skills and attributes for success
Assertive and proactive approach to the delivery / implementation of client engagements
Ability to network effectively within large organisations and build relationships with individuals and clients
Strong interpersonal skills: written, presentation
Analytical capability, attention to detail
Ability to utilise research effectively and explain complex subjects in a clear manner
To qualify for the role you must have
B.Com, M.Com, Inter CA (Any finance qualification)
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience
Technical sound wrt Payroll and related compliances
Requires a proactive approach and excellent verbal / written communication.
Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder and peers effectively.
Ability to communicate and document Problems, resolutions and action plans.
Must have good hands on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
