Responsibilities Include…
- Product Vision and Strategy: Drive the strategy, development, and enhancement of sampling solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Product Development and Roadmap Planning: Manage product roadmaps, gather and document requirements, and collect and analyze customer and product data. Prioritize the product backlog and provide clarity around requirements to the product development team. Establish product roadmap expectations, performance measures, and goals. Manage the adoption of new and emerging technologies. Understand complete systems architecture, services involved, and the database and cloud technologies used.
- Market Research Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of market research methodologies and sampling techniques to inform product development decisions.
- Technical Acumen: Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- User Experience: Work with design team to champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and effective sampling solutions, optimizing user experience and satisfaction.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough competitive analysis to benchmark our sampling products against industry standards and identify areas for differentiation.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and success. Build strong relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders
- Data Driven Product Decisions: Requires knowledge of Product and feature analytics; Data analysis tools and techniques; Research for analysis activities; Documentation procedures (for example, data logs); Modern industry practices and emerging trends. Supports data collection and evaluation within assigned areas (for example, acquisition cost, conversion rate, response rate, adoption, active users, feature usage, user churn, satisfaction, lifetime value). Interpret complex data sets and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive product enhancements.
- Driving Customer/ Client Needs: Requires knowledge of: Customer and business problems; Design thinking; Dependencies and impacts on product processes/ways of working; Journey mapping; Process optimization; Communication and influencing techniques. To research and verify customer needs and expectations. Delivers customer value within the parameters of profitability and other targets. Builds and maintains consistent customer connections and solicits customer feedback. Creates customer journeys and identifies customer touch points. Addresses gaps/risks in product experiences. Simplifies and improves processes to drive customer satisfaction.
You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
- Possess an understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Have at least 6 years of product management with 2 years in B2C space.
- Experience launching Enterprise B2B and B2C web and mobile products
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate into business impact / requirements
- Minimum of two years of Retail experience
- Work with cross functional and global teams across different time zones
- Bring a user-centric product management approach
- Possess and understanding of data, data management and good data practices
- Have an understanding of basic data analytics and data science concepts
- Have excellent user story writing skills, user journey mapping, wireframing, and workflow diagrams
- Bring experience with data analytics tools such as SQL and/or BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc
- Have effective communication skills at all levels and can breakdown technical platform information to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Have a passion for working directly with engineers, designers, and data analysts within your SCRUM team

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
