Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in Financial Services Industry driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an Financial Services Industry, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR 7+ years experience in working in an Financial Services Industry, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
Your expertise in financial services will allow you to apply a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. You will use this knowledge to position Microsoft’s solutions as innovative drivers of business transformation, showcasing their relevance and impact within the industry context.
In addition to delivering on sales goals, you will actively seek customer feedback to continuously improve the customer experience. By identifying potential risks to satisfaction and implementing recovery plans where necessary, you will ensure a high level of customer trust and loyalty.
