General Summary:

This position is an opportunity to join the Budget Operations team supporting the marketing organization. Responsibilities include managing all procurement requests, accrual inputs, reclasses, and budget analysis. This includes preparing monthly reports on budgets by team, managing all open POs, and strategic/ad hoc analysis. This role directly supports the teams within Marketing to help them manage their complex budget needs

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Level of Responsibility:
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Provides supervision to direct reports.
• Decision-making is significant in nature and affects work beyond immediate work group.
• Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey highly complex and/or detailed information. May require strong negotiation and influence with large groups or high-level constituents.
• Works within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.
• Has a great degree of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is making or directly making key decisions that will have substantial impact over the organization).
• Tasks often require multiple steps which can be performed in various orders; extensive planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced communication skills in English
BSBA or MS/MBA with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting
4 + years of relevant work experience
Experience supporting sales and/or business development
Proficient in Oracle and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication
