You will report directly to our Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work out of our MX31 location in Mexico on a full-time basis. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement, including line balancing and work instructions development

- Collect and analyze data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies

- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, including line balancing and work instructions development

- Assist in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, including line balancing and work instructions development

- Support the execution of projects to drive operational excellence, including line balancing and work instructions development

YOU MUST HAVE • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
WE VALUE • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies

• Familiarity with process improvement techniques (e.g., Six Sigma)

• Experience with data visualization and analysis software (e.g., Excel, Minitab)

• The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Office intermediate - advanced level

• Fluent English competence
