Key job responsibilities
1. Product Vision: Define and align the product vision with business goals, leveraging industry knowledge to ensure the product stays current.2. Strategy, Roadmap, and Requirements: Develop the product roadmap, prioritize releases, translate customer needs into requirements, and deliver in a consistent cadence.3. Execution: Ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle from concept to launch, advocating for your area of focus.4. Adoption: Plan and coordinate product launches across teams, delivering necessary materials and communications.5. Project Management: Define plans to achieve the product vision and business results. Coordinate activities into releases, working closely with engineering in an agile environment. Manage schedules, risks, and trade-offs.6. Communications: Facilitate meetings, deliver appropriate messaging to leadership, capture key decisions, and manage effective communication to stakeholders using company protocols.

- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems

- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
