In this role, you will:
- Research complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loans
- Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area
- Review and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 2 + years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Possess basic technical skills like Power BI, VBA, MACRO.
- Support performance and overall effectiveness of team, as well as cross-group administrative operations
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management
- Review financial and credit information of loans for companies and industries for their Annual Reviews and preparation of Trend Cards
- Assist in assessment and monitoring of credit risk with covenant monitoring and trigger monitoring.
- Respond to customer inquiries, generate status reports for management or bankers and contact available sources of information
- Perform or guide others on complex tasks or initiatives that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
- Independently prioritize work and provide day-to-day-work leadership and mentorship to team
- Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures, drive improvement of process by automation and transformation.
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management on wide range of information
Job Expectations:
- Assessment and monitoring of Covenants, triggers , credit policy exceptions and preparation of CMR- Through understanding of Credit and Credit Risk
- Possess basic technical skills like Power BI, VBA, MACRO.
