Other Service Accountabilities:
- Coordinate with vendors to support project managers in processing requisitions and procurement needs
- Manage the shipping and receiving of project-related and office supplies
- Perform administrative errands, including the filing and organization of official receipts
- Liaise with other offices regarding cash advances, reimbursements, and expense claims
- Monitor inventory levels and identify purchasing requirements to ensure adequate stock
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or update orders as necessary
- Handle travel arrangements, including visa processing, flight bookings, and hotel accommodations
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other tasks as needed
